While Taiwan produces a majority of the world's semiconductor products, there are relatively few, if any, software developers involved in the kernel community. Notably, it was hard to find people locally to sign PGP keys.
This talk details my journey to get my PGP key signed, getting my
kernel.org account, and helping a fellow local through the process of get theirs. I hope that sharing this experience will help developers and future maintainers with the process.
