Many open source projects are pursuing great initiatives to improve the diversity and inclusion in open source. Preparing a Diversity and Inclusion Report for your community is an effective way to assess the current state and helps demonstrate the effectiveness of your initiatives. Within the CHAOSS project, Georg Link, Daniel Izquierdo, and many others have expanded on the OpenStack Gender Diversity report and like efforts to create resources for preparing a Diversity and Inclusion Report. This tutorial walks through hands-on methods and resources from the CHAOSS project that will help you create a Diversity and Inclusion Report.
